Is this the right starting point?

Quran reading lessons suit children and adults who recognise Arabic letters and basic vowel marks. They also suit returning learners who can read but feel slow or uncertain. If the foundations need more practice, the tutor may recommend a short review of Qaida before longer passages.

Course outline

What you will study

Tajweed Basics Review

The essential rules a reader needs, plus letter recognition drilled until it is automatic.

Word-Level Reading

Accurate Quranic words, growing vocabulary recognition and reading speed.

Verse & Passage Reading

Full ayahs and passages, where flow and rhythm start to appear.

Surah Memorization

Selected short surahs from Juz Amma, enough for daily prayers.

Fluency Development

Speed raised without losing accuracy, with teacher feedback every session.

How lessons build the skill

Reading practice connects individual words to complete ayahs. The tutor listens for letter pronunciation, vowel accuracy, elongation and appropriate stopping, then asks the learner to repeat the passage. A steady reading pace is more useful than rushing past mistakes. Revision gives difficult words another opportunity to become familiar.

Join the live lesson through Google Meet. The teacher uses the academy's Quran learning portal for lesson material and activities. Your coordinator sends the class details and helps with access; student and parent portal access supports the learning routine.

Practice between lessons

Use the passage assigned in class for short, regular practice. Mark the words you cannot read comfortably and bring them back to the tutor. For children, a parent can help maintain the routine without trying to replace the teacher's pronunciation guidance.

Your next step

As reading becomes more secure, students can focus on detailed Tajweed or discuss a memorization routine. Being able to recite a passage from memory does not always mean a learner can read a new passage, so the tutor checks both skills separately.

Review the current class plans and fees and refund policy before enrolling. Weekday plans list 30-minute lessons; the weekend plan lists 90-minute lessons. The free trial is 30 minutes. Your coordinator confirms the chosen plan and schedule.
