Classes24/7, every time zoneTeaching never closes. The tutor team spans time zones, so there is a slot whether you are in New York, London, Dubai, Karachi or Sydney — including before school and after Maghrib.

All support times are ET — US Eastern Time, which is UTC−5 in winter and UTC−4 in summer. Your class is scheduled in your local time; you never have to convert anything yourself.

If something has gone wrong

Tell the coordinator first — a tutor who is not the right fit, a slot that stopped working, a class that did not happen. Most of it is fixed the same day, and changing tutor is normal rather than awkward.

If that does not resolve it, email admin@hidaya.online with the student's name and what happened, and it goes to a supervisor. Refunds and cancellations are covered by the Refund Policy.
